Very early in the morning of November 20, 2018, I turned off my computer. Microsoft automatically downloaded a “critical update.” Two hours later when I tried to use the computer, I could not. I could not leave the startup page. I haven’t been on the computer since that morning. I am now using our local library’s computers and have not yet decided if I will try to have my computer repaired. However, it is time to start blogging again. Since I also can’t get into my old Microsoft accounts, I’m starting a new blog as of Saturday, May 4, 2019.

in federal courts last year, according to the United States Sentencing
Commission [And yet Leftist socialists want open borders with people pouring
into the United States. They want open borders because they need them as

In its just-released annual report, the commission said that
immigration crimes accounted for 34.4% of all sentencing cases [Over 1/3rd of
ALL sentencing cases. For a variety of reasons they are violating our laws and Leftist

year.
Nearly tied with drug crimes in fiscal 2017, crimes involving
immigration expanded the gap in fiscal 2018 [The fiscal year runs from October
1, 2017 through September 30, 2018.], said the commission.
Overall, the courts saw 69,425 cases and most involved Hispanics
and illegal immigrants [Illegal aliens. By definition they are NOT immigrants
because they did not come here by following US immigration law. They are here
illegally.].
‘In fiscal year 2018, 54.3 percent of all offenders were
Hispanic [Remember that Hispanic is not a “race.” Therefore Hispanic may
include Whites, Blacks, and other “races.”] , 21.2 percent were white, 20.6
percent were black, and 3.8 percent were of another race. Non-U.S. citizens
accounted for 42.7 percent of all federal offenders [This includes both illegal
aliens and those who did immigrate here legally (or are here through
nonimmigrant visas) but have not yet become US citizens. Some, of course, may
never have intended to become US citizens.],’ said the federal commission.’
‘Immigration cases
accounted for the largest single group of offenses in fiscal year 2018,
comprising 34.4% of all reported cases. Cases involving drugs, firearms, and
fraud were the next most common types of offenses after immigration cases.
Together these four types of offenses accounted for 82.9 percent of all cases
reported to the commission in fiscal year 2018,’ said the 2018 Annual Report and Sourcebook of Federal Sentencing Statistics.

The immigration crime
numbers from fiscal 2018:
1] There were 23,883
cases, 34.4% of all sentencings [Significant.].
2] Of those, 22,782,
or 96.3%, involved Hispanics [significant.].
3] Most, were male,
22,106, or 92.7% [Not unexpected.].
4] Just 866, or 3.6%,
involved those under 21 years old [Significant.].
5] 21,835, or 91.5%
were noncitizens [Significant.].
6] 94.7% of the
immigration cases led to prison sentences [As they should.].
The commission said that
immigration cases include, ‘trafficking in U.S. passports, trafficking in entry
documents, failure to surrender naturalization certificate, fraudulently
acquiring U.S. passports, smuggling, transporting, or harboring an unlawful
alien, fraudulently acquiring entry documents, and unlawfully entering or
remaining in the U.S [Significant. Violating one or more of our laws pertaining
to LEGAL immigration. Exactly why illegal aliens should be prosecuted and
Leftist socialists SHOULD NOT be promoting and supporting these illegal activities
although they are.].’

It is past time to end the lawlessness at the Southern
border and to STOP illegal aliens from ENTERING into the United States and from
LIVING within the United States after they have entered illegally. Illegal
aliens are just that: ILLEGAL. Conservatives do not object to legal
immigration. We do strenuously oppose Illegal aliens coming into the United
States contrary to OUR laws and their illegal activity once within the United States.
